A month later, while on parole ycw1u , he trespasse ycw1u d into a neighbor's home while under the influence of a cont w1u rolled substance and fell asleep in one of the beds.[34][35] He was sentenced to three years of probation and required to undergo compulsory drug testing. w1u In 1997, he missed one of t he c w1u ourt-ordered drug tests and had to spend six months in the Los Angeles County jail.[36] cw1u After Downey missed another required dr w1u ug test in 1999, he wa cw1u s arrested once more.
